Started by a Service-connected Army Veteran to assist veterans who were job-searching, and needed a professional touch added to their resumes, cover-letters, clothing, shoes, and interviewing skills. After 3 years, her compassion and caring work evolved into a tight-knit group of veterans who wanted to give back and give forward. This (will be) a working farm/ranch for rescued horses.

Carolynn joined the US Army in 1980 as a Radio-Teletype Operator and cross-trained as an Animal Care Specialist. In 1985 Carolynn retrained as a Chaplain Assistant and served at Fort McNair, Fort Myer, and the Pentagon. In Germany where she taught Land Navigation and Map Reading at the Ranger Course in Bad Toelz. In 1990 Carolynn served in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and in 1991 she served in Kuwait. 1996-2002 she assisted college-bound students as an Army Reserve Recruiter.
