So Chocolate started as a love story over 10 years ago. Desiree had just graduated from Army Basic Training and was standing in the quad at her Advanced Individual Training when some new recruits arrived. Little did she know, but there was Mike, her future husband. Mike served his country as an Air Traffic Controller and Desiree as an Apache Helicopter pilot.
We always joke, that when we were working was the only time Mike could "tell me what to do". We have both served a total of four times overseas on combat tours. As much as we loved our time in the service, once we started having children, we had to switch our focus to our quickly growing family. Which brings us to now... 9 years of marriage, 4 children, and 2 continents later...So Chocolate is open.

Strong under pressure. Nothing can be worse than being in a combat zone. Although being in the retail business sometimes reminds me of all the mines and pitfalls.
